Return Policy
twopeasjewelry.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days from the time of purchase. Item(s) must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
If exchanging an item received as a gift, it may only be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value.
To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Please send an email to: returns@twopeasjewelry.com, with the following information:
- Include in email reason for return/exchange
- Click Send. We try to respond to all requests within 24 hr, that will include your TPA#.
- - Name & Address
- - Item(s) Purchased
- - Invoice # (if applies) or Proof of Purchase
Please include a copy of your two:peas Authorization (TPA) inside the package to be returned and make sure the TPA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. Before you may return any item back to two:peas jewelry, you must first obtain your TPA#. We will not accept any returns without a TPA#.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. two:peas jewelry/Belle Star Productions, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Repair Policy
Any item(s) purchased through twopeasjewelry.com will be covered under our repairs policy. Item(s) purchased through one of our retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email repairs@twopeasjewelry.com and request a two:peas Work Order (TPWO) number. We try to respond to all requests within 24 hr, that will include your TPWO#.
To return an item for repair, please follow the steps below:
- Obtain a two:peas Repair Work Order (TPWO) number via email at repairs@twopeasjewelry.com. We will not accept packages without a TPWO#.
- If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, you will be charged for the cost of repairs.
- Pack your item carefully.
- Include the TPWO# in the following return shipping address:

All information that we collect is strictly used to provide you with the shopping experience you deserve, as well as to facilitate the fulfillment process. On occasion, two:peas jewelry may send you sale information, product updates and other two:peas jewelry information via mail and/or email. If you prefer not to receive these types of communication, you may opt out by contacting us at promotions@twopeasjewelry.com with "REMOVE" as the subject header.
